To establish and keep contacts between engineers around the world, who are dealing with pavement issues. Main target – joint platform to exchange experiences on use of LWD (lightweight deflectometer) technology, in particular, on Danish school. If someone knows more, let colleagues know. On quality control, on pavement diagnostics etc. Maybe some statistics also.
Expecting to invite also the designers of instruments, with simple target – to have feedback channel for improvement the devices and software.
As far as we know – the LWD-s can be split to at least three different categories
- finnish design – Loadman, Inspector
- german design (also known as GDP) – Zorn, HMP, Terratest
- danish design – Keros, Prima, Dynatest, Terratest 9000, 3ipe
